RETURN & EXCHANGE INFORMATION
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ECV Clothing. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for returns or exchanges within the United States. For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
